A Petition was Prefered to Court praying that a Jury might be appointed to view
and mark a Public road from TRIMBLES Ferry to the Knox road near James HANKINS which Petition was Granted and Jury appointed to wit.
Saml. GRAGG, John BURFORT, Simeon ELDRIDGE, William BLACK, James BLAIR, Jno. BROWDER and Darias BROWDER on which Petition an order has Issued to the shff. to summon the Jurors to view and mark said road and make report thereof at our next Court.
